Lot Loose Round how do i loose around 10-15 pounds in a very short amount of time??? plz help!?
okay, so im 14 and my weight normally varries from 104-107 pounds. im 5 ft so the weight im at right now makes me look fatter than i really am. im also very athletic and swim year round and play tennis so my legs are almost copletely muscle and they look so fat!!! my arms are also kind big for my body since im petite...HOW DO I DROP LIKE A LOT OF WEIGHT SO I DONT LOOK SO CHUBBY????? plz help.....): any quick tips on how to get skinny quick are greatly appreciated...
At your age I was just like you, I too looked fat but swam every day and had quite a muscly body. If you are really fit and have a high muscle mass you will weight more than you look as pound for pound muscle is heaver that fat. Try not to measure in pounds but in inches, this will give you a better idea of how you look. Don't go for any radical diets as these do not last and can harm your health. I know you probable don't want to hear this but healthy weight loss takes time and a long term change in your diet and lifestyle. Eat healthy (and i'm sure you know exactly what that means!) try doing some varied exercises. There is no quick fix. You need to learn to be happy with who you are, if your fit and health, smile! Im 26 now and still pretty much the same shape and happy with who I am. I really do wish you all the best. x

My bathroom is small 8x6 with the tub on one wall and the toilet and sink on the opposite wall. The floor is 12x12 tile in a nautral taupe stone color. I am going to have to remud the walls and other than that, everthing is up in the air. On thing, my bathtub is that old mustard yellow 70's gold color which I won't be replacing for a couple of years. I have it covered with a shower curtain now. I need ideas on wall color, textures, accessories that will look fabulous, modern, but may somewhat go with the tub so overnight guests won't cringe when they pull the curtain back... The main color scheme throughout the house is chocolate brown, taupe, and red. Oh, toilet and sink and counter is white, large oval mirror over sink with tulip shaped light fixture. you cant have dark colors because its so small to begin with. I would go with a lilac color it will really brighten up!!!
