Shape Loose Diamond How can i get a thinner waist?
My body is a diamond shape. I am satisfied with the size of my legs, but my waist is too big. I hate jean shopping because a size 5/6 fits perfect on my legs but is too tight on my waist. I wear a size 7/8 where its loose on my legs and a bit snug on my waist... My measurements are 36, 29, 33. I've been dieting for 3 months now and lost 30lbs but my waist is just too wide; i'm like paper. I do a lot of ab work and got a 4 pack so far, but my waist is just not shrinking since i'm a diamond shape. I thought about wearing a corset for awhile to force the size change of my waist, but i wanted to see if there were any successful alternatives. Please help! Pear Cut Green Is my food intake balanced enough for today?
Im not sure is my eating is balanced today. Can someone please tell me and suggest any improvements.
Today I ate for breakfast Cheerios with skim milk and one cut up banana,
Before lunch I did some weights and squats, lunges, and some crunches.
Lunch I ate (not sure what its called in English) poatoes potatoes that was cooked with peppers and eggplant with tomato sauces. I ate it with a slice of perpinckle bread.
Afternoon snack is a pear before workout (cardio)
Im going to a free demo class called High/Low from 5;30 to 6;20. Dinner is skinless chicken with the chip sauce (4 calories a tbs and has spices in it) with spinich salad (cherry tomatos). Should I have brown rice or yams with it? Whats healthier and better. I may have green tea afterwards.
Im not trying to lose weight.

Antique Cushion Cut Do wedding rings have to match?
My boyfriend and I were at a jewlery store today and he found a titanium wedding band he really loved, he's in the military so he needs the toughest of rings. His ring was very masculine and I wouldn't want mine to match it. I want a thin white gold band with diamonds all around and a large antique cushion cut pink sapphire engagement ring. Is it proper ettiquite today for couples wedding rings to be the same? Or would we be ok getting what we each want?
It's probably traditional for couples to wear matching rings, but then again, they're your rings and you're the ones going to wear them. That's the best advice when it comes to weddings, baby names, that sort of things...it's your life, your family, your future. If you and your boyfriend agree, then I think you should go with that.
Gia Certified Round Question on the type of Diamond?

I was looking around for engagement rings with my Fiance to be and I ended up liking a 1 carot (round shaped) center. It's supposed to be "G VS1" and Gia certified. It's supposed to be decent. Anyone know about diamonds and any comments on this type?
A 1 carat diamond round, very good choice cos round will never be out of style and round gave the most shine. G is a good colour. It starts with IF, D,E,F,G,H etc (just asked any diamond store, they will give you the chart). VS1 means Very Small Inclusion which are marked in the Gia cert. Yes i think that is a good pick.
