3. the inclusions clearly visible in the photo don't match the photo of the diamond, unless i am seeing it wrong.

Well, the GIA certification is not that great. It says it is an I in color and an SI2 in clarity and excellent in cut. I do not think someone would lie about that poor of a rating. ( color starts at D, and clarity goes from IF, through four Vs, then to SI1 and Si2)
I have had 2 kids in the past 3 years. I need to loose at least 20 lbs before August 9th because its my brother's wedding. My entire life I never weighted more than 120lbs and I am at 160 lbs and I can feel the weight. Aches and pains are horrible and I am only 22 years old I shouldnt be like this.
