Just how many moves a jigglypuff can learn now?

As of this point on pokemon sliver, my jigglypuffs army has together learned these non-natural moves:

subsutite

thunder wave
icy wind(as igglybuff)

mega kick

tri-attack
rain dance
sunny day
strengh

shadow ball

sleep talk
flash
psych up
bubblebeam
mimic
seismic toss
bide

I know there is a lot more since with every newer version of pokemon, jigglypuff abilites becomes stronger and more capaibe of handling more types. I just want to ask if anyone know what moves jigglypuff can learn from Ruby to present all together. That's all...

But if you must know them all, pokemon stadium 2 told absolutely everything, so pokemon colloseum should have somehting similar if you get the game. But why Jigglypuff? there are a whole lot of better pokemon. Scizor is one of my best and I trained him to 100 from level 5.
